inspired by HAM Projects 1-Wide Adder from ham236
this is a smaller and the fastest 1-wide adder i could think of
1-wide means that when you put them side by side the effective space (width) is 2*(# of bits the adder can add) +1
the schematic is 3 blocks wide and it's a 1 bit adder.
ATTENTION: The 3rd column is just a torch (carry), it should be in the 1st column but torches can't be in mid air.

it seems like your AND gate on the first XOR is turning on with just the top input.
Incidently, I just finished my condensed version that is, completely by coincidence, the same dimensions as your's. Thanks for giving me competition!
