This is an entry for the Qubic build contest, created by LenteBreisje. 

It is a small Icelandic inspired (*shock*) village, with some east-nordic characteristics, as well as some secondary inspirations (classic fantasy, Sagas, contemporary Fantasy).


Disclaimers: some of the trees (the pretty ones) used in this map are from LenteBriesje’s Tre repositories. The ship in the harbor is strongly inspired by a ship by RedJohnxS (check him out). And last but not least, the texture pack used is a personally altered version of the John Smith Legacy pack, with some textures from the a'therys ascended texture pack. Though I recommend you check both of them out, the map was built around the altered version, and might look a bit off with out it.
Optifine is also highly recomended.

Also, despite my best efforts, the map is not entirely finished. I thought I could work the rest out this week. But I fell ill Sunday, and have only really regained consciousness during the last few days, so some of the houses will not be fully decorated and furnished. 


But apart from that inconvenience, I am really happy with how it turned out. I have to thank my friend Lacefn who helped me a lot with the project and built most of the dock.
