This is the third residence on my (comming soon) project OCEAN DRIVE
One more tine this building have been 100% hand made, no MC edit, no SPC ...
This incredibly luxourious residence is fully furnished and equiped with very original equipement such as the underground level which host an Ice Hockey complex (lockers, spa, sports bar,,,) and huge garage.
The first floor is a gigantic open space including Hall, TV Room, pool tables, Tea Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Balcony, and more
The second floor is dedicated to the 3 master bedrooms plus one master suite, one poker room, another TV room and balconies.
The garden, have a lot of custom trees bushes flowers, a lake withe the fishing house, and an original tremplin, you should try !

The furnishement job have been quiet exauxted, I have been to the easyest, a bit lazy on the dining room. Hehe
