Unfortunately the texture pack was recently taken down, why I'm not sure, but its a pity because it was a great texture pack.
The texture pack was modified version of the 'Rustic' texture pack, so for the meantime that's the closest you can get to it, apart from the wools. Link: http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/v10---ovos-rustic-pack-continuation-minecraft-11-compatible--/
However I will soon update this and my other projects that used the original texture pack and host a link to it via a third party distributor.

OMG! I LOVE YOUR MEXICAN VILLA!
Its very similar to the Mexican villa in Escalera in RDR :)
