I really like it but i don't like how a certain texture pack i required, my computer handles them fine, but what about people who cant use them. Also people might like the textures they already have

The reason for the specific texture pack, is because it replaces certain wools that other texture packs don't use, as well as me creating the original map with it. You can if you wish use any other texture, but I suggest you use this one if you want to avoid confusion in the colour scheme. 
The reason for my choice of this texture is that its the closest and most authentic to reflect Red Dead Redemption in Minecraft. For those who's computers cant handle HD texture packs, I'm deeply sorry, but I'm afraid I can anything to fix this problem.

This is really cool, nicely done. What if you put this in a Swamp, so the water would actually be black. I can't remember if it actually is black, but it'd still look cool.

The water in Blackwater isn't black, but I suppose its dark blue? Soon after we've completed a few more settlements, the whole region of 'West Elizabeth' will be created with all the settlements. This for the time being is the individual schematic for Blackwater, a promo if you will :)
