Hi! I'm shadowbladeF22 and I have decided to start posting tutorials on the ting I know best in Minecraft, redstone. for this tutorial you will need a space that is at least 6 blocks high(3 of which can be underground though it isn't in this tutorial), and though the length and width are scaelable I will be using an 11x12 spacing.
So, lets get started, the first thing you want to do is set up a checkered grid of redstone repeaters and redstone lamps with wiring coming out to connect to the power source. you will also need to use several layers of material to wrap around the front and sides. (this is optional its only for if you want the eye level switch)like shown in image number 2 above.
Next you will need to add more material and stack a piece of redstone lamp over the existing ones.also start working on bringing the redstone trail up the wall inside of the large wall that we made. trying to keep it from touching the inner or outer ring of material.
After that to will checker glass and whatever material you need on the floor, glass over the lamps and the material in between.
the next step is simply bringing wall up a little higher and then tracing the redstone to a lever. from there it all depends on what you want to do with the roof/interior etc.
In the world save there are 4 models in various stages of completion for you to study. Hope you enjoy it!
