Rival Kingdom's was a largely successful and popular server which featured frequent 20vs20, 30vs30 battles and many special events, arenas etc for nearly two years.  As both PMC and MC have declined, despite our best efforts so has the Rival Kingdom's server.  It has been announced that the server will be shut down due to lack of players and the world will be made available for download for the first time ever.   Described below is what the world download includes.

The Rival Kingdom's server features 2 main battlegrounds "The north and the south" which are north and south of a massive circular city known as "Castle City Kingdom" in the middle of the map.  Castle City Kingdom was the housing area for donators as well as the location for various quest objectives and rank-based shops, the design of Castle City was loosely based on the the 3 circular walls of the popular manga "Attack on Titan".  The outter most ring held majority of donator housing and shops etc, while the inner ring held "tier 2 mansions" for high end/end game housing for donators.  The inner most ring or "tier 3" held "Castle Grayskull" and the enchanted mazed for the epic "Kill Herobrine quest"   In addition to the 2 major battlegrounds, north and south of C.C.K there are also two major housing cities for regular members, for blue: Phoenix Landing (north west of the main map) and red: Raven's Retreat (north east).   These cities feature enough housing to house hundreds of players, and in the servers hay-day they infact did house thousands of players (which would only be evicted after 3months+ of inactitiy).

Outside of the main map, to the north was a special event map known as "The Gully", this map had different mechanics for more authentic "Siege warfare"  it was a beautifully made map with ellaborate castles and battlements.

Also outside the main map, accessible via arena hub warps were three major dueling arenas which were re-creations of World of Warcraft arenas:
-Sewers Arena
-Ring of Valor
-Circle of Blood

Also outside the main map, accessible via arena hub was a Capture the Flag map based off of World of Warcraft's "Warsong Gulch"   This is the first time that all these arenas are made available through download.  The WSG map is infact beyond the shadow of a doubt the best re-creation of the W.o.W map as it was made almost perfectly to scale and features as many of the details that the original included.


There is also probably the best server side minecart ride which leads to a mostly finished dungeon city known as "The lost ruins of Cavern City" dungeon.  There are also a number of challenges including a very difficult puzzle/parkour challenge which leads up to this main Cavern City Dungeon.  

The map features many easter eggs, secrets etc.

NOTE:  An additional download for the plugins will be made available to make the map truely work for you (running a bukkit server) so that things like, World Guard protection, leaf-decay,fire-spread etc won't be an issue for you.   As well as Craftbook toggles: so that town gate systems, secret passages, special effects etc will all be functional for you.  The plugins also includes our advanced questing system which has over 100 individual quests for ranks.
