With the aim to create an azimuth drive tug, the AZ 30/80 was the perfect choice for the desired scale. The objective was to replicate the superstructure's numerous windows in a realistic manner. Fine details such as a radar reflector, headlamps, and radar controls bring the build to a lively state.

The AZ 30/80 is a harbour assistance tug, which results in shunting ships and barges, making the first contact with commercial vessels and in certain contexts serve as a pilot ship.
