The idea behind this build is to make someone want to explore it, explore the entire thing!
Now how im going to do this is by having a 'different' building style to it, such as using melons and bricks, which aren't used very often but still look good. Then once you get inside the building you will slowly come across 100's of secret rooms throughout the entire building(Done through redstone). So the idea is to get people to want to find all the hidden rooms :P. The gate on the front actually 'closes' by using water to simulate a barrier lol(the levers to all these secret rooms are hidden atm, till the place is done.)

The idea came from Charlie & the chocolate factory xD
The name will most likely be changed, thats just a temporary name :D

I got lots more to do to it, ill update this post with the finished version(when im done ofc) if you guys want me to.

P.S. This was made on my server, I just copied it over to a single player flatworld for the screenshots. all the pillars on it are for the second story(which i haven't started yet)
