The Sky Mountain Observatory & Research Center is a structure built into a mountain, at about Y=200+. The entire list of features is below:
Chemistry Lab (1st floor)
Geology Station (1st floor)
Terrain Effect Center (1st & -1st floor)
High Speed Warfare Center (-2nd floor)
Docking Station (outside, working on a minecart ride up)
Mess Hall (1st floor)
Offices for the employees (2nd floor)
Observatory (3rd floor)

I have 1 floor done, still 2 to go.

Uh, wow, i haven't worked on this in forever, and I was planning on getting the basic structure and interior, then adding the cosmetic part of the build, so yes, if I choose to keep working on this.
