I used world downloader to pull my build off of 222craft.net and finished it off in creative mode locally. I just couldn't get it perfect without flight. Well here it is a close copy of the actual building. I missed a few layers between the 1st and 2nd floor of the main tower hence the stairs that don't actually exist in Skyrim. Nonetheless, I think the build turned out well.
Next will be the dungeon below Winterhold, the town and snow.
