Introducing SS FEDERICO C. in Minecraft!

This is a 1:1 scale build of the Costa Cruise Ship SS Federico C! This build has an interior and features her public spaces, lounges, and outdoor amenities.

Short History of SS Federico C:
She was the first purpose built cruise ship for Costa cruises and had her maiden voyage on June 30, 1960. In 1968, she underwent a fit and added additional cabins forward and added an enclosed promenade forward. She served with Costa until 1983, when she was sold to Premier Cruises and renamed 'Royale' then 'StarShip Royale'. In 1988, she was sold to Dolphin Cruise Line and was given a new livery and renamed to 'SeaBreeze'. she served as 'SeaBreeze' and was a favorite among cruiser. In 1997, she was bought back by Premier Cruises and was given a dark blue livery and still kept her name. Unfortunately, Premier cruise would go bankrupt in 2000, and that left SeaBreeze without service. On December 17, 2000, she was being towed in a storm the high winds and raging waters were battering her. As she was being towed, she sprung a leak and started to list. All crew members were evacuated and she was left helpless until the she was swallowed by the ocean. She later sank and now rest at the bottom of the ocean; approximately 225 nautical miles (417 km) off the Virginia coast. Marking the end of her 42 year long life.

Read this before you explore my ship builds:
1) I recommend you use the Natural Texture Pack for full immersion. I exclusively build in this texture pack to give my builds a unique look and feel. You can download the Natural Texture Pack here.

2) I build in 1:1 scale, but building in this scale comes with limitations. Some areas may be distorted or compromised due to scale and sizing when building in 1:1. Compromises have to be made in order to complete the build. Some areas may not resemble the actual ship and in those circumstances, I have to fictionalize some aspects about the build to "balance out" the build or to allow player interaction. I fully recognize 1:1 is not a perfect scale to build in but I personally find 1:1 to be the sweet spot for me.

3) I don't build cabins, engine rooms, or crew spaces. The reason is there is little to no information on what some of these spaces actually looked like, so I'd rather not spend the time to build something that I don't have information on. There is dead space on my builds because I primarily focus on class accommodations (Lounges, Dining Rooms, etc) and tend to focus less on passenger corridors, cabins, crew spaces, etc.
