Hm. I think I might be able to make a mod like this, but it might take a bit and the blaster bullets MIGHT be rendered as arrows, but anything except those I think I might be able to.

I wish I could do its crouching animations, but I can't yet and I don't know how to make the helmet from first person, but other than that, I'm okay.

So basically I'm not the best, but I know basics.

I dont play minecraft very much now, theres no way this is going to happen without help of a decent coder to code the mod.
