Destroyers typicly make up the bulk of a fleet, the Vice and other destroyers like her are fairly light ships that are fast and fairly well armed, used for quick response, pursuit, escort and patrol.

4 Main deck guns, two in a shielded twin mount forward, two single mounts aft, two secondary deck guns, one on either broadside amidships, 4 twin and 2 triple light AA guns on the superstructure, with an additional 2 twin mounts abreast the aft superstructure. Interior laid out but incomplete besides boilers/engines.

For note, the two large tanks on either side of the hull hold a gas called Airium, an ultra-light gas that gives the ship enough lift to fly. It is stored in liquid form and, by running a current through it, is changed into its gas form to provide lift and increase altitude, the gas is simply released into the air to descend.
