Nice build, but shouldn't it be in the 20th century? 19th century is 1800-1899, and the vehicles and houses in the build seems to belong in 1960s America.

It is based off a 19th century / very early 20th century town in Kentucky. The vehicles are there for decoration considering that this is a town in the current period.
