======MUST PLAY ON PEACEFUL!======

This map is based the TARDIS from the BBC television show Doctor Who. Currently it is uncompleted, and it never will be as the TARDIS is infinite in size, and Doctor Who lore is as expansive.
The main design of the my TARDIS is based on the 5th Doctors, so all the corridors are clean and white (unlike in 11s era where they were all grey and a bit dark), but this design doesn't carry over into every room as some are era specific (e.g. the 8th Doctor's Eye of Harmony). I always liked the idea of the TARDIS being a confusing maze of corridors, connecting rooms from their past, present, and future, with no indication of any organisation. As such, there are rooms from every era, every doctor, there are rooms from books, audio dramas, comics, and even documentaries. These rooms are listed below, with a few I put in of my own

IMPORTANT: If you find yourself somewhere in the TARDIS when you first load, use the /kill command (on survival), and it will place you in the Tomb.

Update #24 - The Spring Clean Update : by peragon 04/30/2022 6:30:36 amApr 30th, 2022

The TARDIS needed a bit of a spring clean, so that's exactly what I have done!

There are a massive amount of changes to the TARDIS, big and small. The most obvious change was turning all the quartz blocks to smooth quartz. This gives the corridors a more seemless and less broken up look, which makes it feel more 80s Who in my opinion. As part of this, all glowstone in the corridors are now Sea Lanterns, as blue matches more closely than the yellow of the glowstone. This may change when frog lights are out, but that's a little way off!

I've also updated a wide variety of rooms, making them feel more accurate/lived in.
Console units:
  • 4th Doctor Secondary: Detail has been added to the walls and floor to prevent it from seeming like just a wooden box
  • 5th Doctor: Similar vein, the floor has been tweaked, but I've also adjusted the console unit to raise the edge of the floor
  • War+10th Doctor: The dirt has been replaced with dripstone, making it feel more like coral
  • 11th Doctor: The garish gold has been replaced with waxed slightly weathered copper, which I think emulates the original aesthetic a bit more
Other Rooms:
  • Bar: Made it smaller and more homely, with a fire place, updated tables, plant life, and other wall and floor details
  • Wardrobe: The outer dirt has been replaced with dripstone, but the coral extensions have been kept as coarse dirt for contrast. Unsure about this one, so let me know. Armour stands, and barrels have been added for variety
  • The Garden: Made more lush and wild, with more plants and a water fall. A dirt path has been added leading to a secret entrance...
  • Library: Lanterns are now hanging from the cieling, and new floor textures in some places
  • Library Pool: Overhaul, with a starry sky, copper supports, and a deck chair
  • Multiple tweaks: floors/columns/and walls, have all been adjusted to break up the patterns, making it more interesting visually.
As can also be seen, I have updated the pictures and home page. This is hopefully to make it more relevant to what the build actually contains.

I have a list of things I want to do, so the wait shouldn't be too long until the next one! As always, feedback is 100% welcome as I want to improve where I can!

Hello! I absolutely love doctor who, and I would love to be able to explore your build, however, it is automatically closing Minecraft when I load the world. I'm running vers 1.17 on Android, and have had major issues with the 1.18 update. If you happen to have a copy of this file that will work on 1.17 I'd really love to see it!

I've no idea if it works on android myself, I'm only using JAVA on PC, but I hope it does!

I've seen many Tardis maps in my time on Minecraft, and I think they all have a sort of charm to them. I really like this one with all the details effort and creativity that went into it. And also all the references from across the years.

I am so glad that you are still around! You were my inspiration from the beginning! Also the fact that you've kept pretty much everything, and stayed true to your own building style! Love it!

What version of the game should I use because whenever I try to launch it in 1.9 I load in to a void and when I try to close the world my game crashes

I use 1.9.2.

I downloaded it (from the link above) and used a different user to test it and it seems to work for me. Maybe try the /kill command, that might reset the world for you?
