This is the Ancient City of Zala, located in the Al Makhasia Region.

I have been working solo on this project one and off over the last 6 months and I'd say it is around 30% complete; planned to cover the entire peninsula it is located on.

Every building is unique and has a minimal well-finished interior. Additionally the settlement includes several monuments, statues, markets and small docking areas.

Lore (lol)

Zala was built by a culturally advanced society in around 5,000 BC south eastern Egypt. The region has achieved peace by isolating itself from the outside nation and operates with a monarchical / intellectual hierarchy of recourse distribution and leadership. They choose not to waste water cultivating greenery but instead greatly value architectural beauty, with even the poorest inhabitants expressing themselves with a uniquely ornamented home. They continue to live in a desert climate due to the abundance of building material, and the lack of a need to heat / insulate their buildings. Zala is the largest settlement in the region and over time tensions arose due to their disproportionately high living standard, prompting them to build a city wall.

A massive thanks in advance to everyone who downloads :)
