This is just an ordinary barn. It looks very nice actually. (In my opinion) If you want to use it in one of your towns or something, just use world edit and copy it :) I dont mind though as long as if you like it!

Additional Notes

Step 1. Go to Start or Press the Windows Sign
Step 2. Type in the search bar "%appdata%"
Step 3. Open the "Roaming" folder
Step 4. Find the ".minecraft" folder
Step 5. Open the ".minecraft" folder
Step 6. In the .minecraft folder, you should see a "saves" folder
Step 7. Open the "saves" folder
Step 8. Drag the "A New Town (Pack)" folder from the .zip file you downloaded into the "saves" folder
Step 9. Play minecraft.
Step 10. Final Step, Find the level in Single Player named "Barn"
Step 11. Play!

If you did not find the level, you must have done something wrong. Review this for Extra Help!
