Floor 2-3: The Desert Oasis Offices
Floor 4: Top Notch Dining Hall (Cafeteria)
Floor 5: The Desert Oasis Condominiums (standard)
Floor 6: The Desert Oasis Luxury Condominiums
Floor 7: The Testing Facility and Alchemy Laboratory
Floor 8: The Desert Oasis Ultimate Luxury Penthouse!
The Roof: Helipad
The Desert Oasis may lack on the amount of floors it has but the minimum height of each floor is 4 blocks which gives an ample amount of space to do whatever you please!
