The Flash (OOC) Update 1
Added: Superspeed, Potion effects, Particles, Sound effects, Arrow catching (NOT FINISHED) Slow-motion (NOT FINISHED) Break the sound barrier, Super sonic punch, Friction system, Friction suits.
Features: There are 5 stages of running in this command. Stage 1: The slowest stage. Stage 2: The friction stage. Stage 3: Just makes you run a little faster with some stronger potion effects. Stage 4: The Slow-motion stage and Stage 5: The fastest stage. Sprint to activate super-speed, crouch to deactivate super-speed. To catch arrows speed must be activated, once speed is activated all you have to do is wait for the arrow to shoot and you will catch it. The more you run the faster you get but if you run too fast without a friction suit then you will burn up. To make a friction suit, all you do is re-name a leather chestplate, legs and boots to "Friction suit" and only when you wear all the suit pieces the fire will stop, stages 3 4 and 5 are not achievable without the friction suit. In stage 4 you have the ability to activate slow-motion. To activate slow-motion all you have to do is select slot 9 in your hotbar. All mobs around you will slow down and you will fall slower. Eventually as you run you will hit the fastest point, stage 5 at which you will break the sound barrier and a super sonic punch is achievable for only 10 seconds. Once 10 seconds is up you will continue to run at the max speed but you have to restart to do another super sonic punch.

Side note: I looked around on youtube and PMC but there don't seem to be any really good Flash command block creations out there so I decided to take matters into my own hands and try to add all the abilities of The Flash in my command.
