Decades from now when the Earth is no longer habitable due to their own greed destroying the planet. Humans set out to colonize a nearby planet. Despite enduring hardship people never change and the world they reside in has started feeling the impact of humanity. The Neon city represents a city of brightness and life, however - it is rife with inequality as there is a wall representing the good part of town and the bad - in the bad side it is especially barren where people have a hard way of life working in terrible conditions to uphold the wealthy end.
