This is a map designed for team pvp. It could be used for Hunger Games however its not formatted to support more than 2 spawns and isn't very big.
To Set up Team Spawns:

- Follow signs indicating the spawns for police and for the prisoners
- Police spawn is right infront of solitary confinement
- Prisoner Spawn is in the medium sized room on the very top floor
- After you have made the spawns delete the signs indicating where the spawns go
