I have yet again made a little parkour map!

This time it has a fully working redstone timer and an Adventure feel to it!

I didn't watch the video because the first 10 seconds were you spinning about!! Don't do that :D
Stand still, face one direction (or have the camera pointing at you) don't bounce all over the place. It looks silly.

Please don't use it D:
Find another, or get someone else to record it, or make one yourself (I'd suggest FRAPS, works for me pretty well) but don't use videos that do the silly spinning around throughout whilst the narrator describes what's happening. It's media lesson 101 to not do that.

I would make my own video for it but I prefer to let other people make one so we can mutually get views :-) I always spotlight anyone who films on one of my map :D

That is a nice thing to do, and seeing as the guy replied below you can read that for a little more, but there's no harm in saying "sorry mate, thanks for doing this but it needs improving before I add it." That way everyone gets better at what they do, and the world becomes a nicer place ;)

Thanks! I was the one who recorded the video. First, it's just a habit of mine to do run around a map. I'm not really sure why I do this, but I'll try to fix it. *Thanks*
Secondly, I would've used Fraps, but I did not have it installed on the computer I was using. I would've downloaded and installed it, but I was sort of in a hurry to record and export in HD, so I just used Hypercam.
Anyway, thanks for the advice! I'll try my best to remember this in my next video for anything!

Now I feel guilty for moaning at the OP ;)
As to FRAPS the recording device doesn't really matter as long as it works, it's just my personal preference.The bouncing is something that makes it look unprofessional, it's something we've all done at one point or another but once you stop it really does help your videos. A few ideas are do an introduction with the camera pointing at your face, when you talk a little about what you'll do. You could also maybe do a simple slideshow of pictures about the thing whilst you do the voiceover... there are ways.
It's quite boring to be sitting there looking at a think whilst you do a voice over as to what'll happen, so it's understandable to want to do something to liven it up a bit, but you must resist the urge ;)
Something I've found to help is scripting what I'll say (just with bullet points) so I don't have to worry about what comes next, or forgetting things.
No matter what you do good luck, but working on little things like that will improve your work by a wide margin!
