I went through like 5 different tabs to download this map and when I tried to import it in it failed to import and I had 0 worlds! So I tried the file one and again had to go through 5 different tabs just to realize that I have no fudging idea where my minecraft bedrock folder even is! Don't go through the trouble like I did and don't bother trying cause its just a real pain in the butt...
