This is a small icy island with a large mansion, bath, veranda, a small dock and lighthouse.
The mansion includes:
On the ground floor of the mansion is a gym, a small bathroom, boiler room and workshop.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace. bathroom and office.
The second floor has three bedrooms, bathroom and stairs leading to the tower.
In the courtyard of the mansion is a bathhouse, veranda, well, and a small frozen lake. At the shore there is a small dock. Near the island is a lighthouse.
