We need ideas and thoughts on a currently working in progress server called Living With the Undead
This gamemode uses a custom plugin that adds on features to make the world a more zombie apocalypse like environment. The game is inspired by: DayZ, MineZ, Infection, Wasted, Rust and many other zombie-like games.
Current core features planned:
- [DONE] Free-build, limited supplies, open world.
- [DONE] New weapons; guns; tools; bandages; medkits; bloodbags
- [W.I.P] Custom built map (w/ safezones, cities, etc)
- [DONE] Ranged (local, global) chat, yelling system
- [NOT DONE] Special Events: Plane crash, giant zombie spawn, horde spawns (rare loot drops, etc)
- [DONE] Vehicles: Cars
- [W.I.P] Skills system: Use EXP LEVELS for player benefits such as: Less damage from bullets
- [DONE] Smarter and Stronger Zombies
- [ALMOST DONE] New Stats: Thirst Level, Body Temperature Level, Visibility
- [NOT DONE] Story, Quests
- [W.I.P] Shops: Medical, gunshop, food, etc.
These are some planned features, some may or may not be added on release date, but we will be looking forward to have live updates once we release it.
We currently have private alpha testers, and once some main features are finished, we will release our server to the public to beta test.
Right now, we want your opinion if you would play this, or have any suggestions on it, we need all the help we need.
