FTB Chunks allows you to claim chunks and is included in this modpack. To access FTB Chunks, open your inventory and select the map icon in the top left. To claim, click on a chunk. You may also shift-click on any chunk you've claimed to force-load it. These chunks are only force-loaded when you're logged in. There is no AFK time limit.

This server is running on a dedicated machine with 32GB of RAM and 3.8 GHz cores. It has top-tier network peering and is hosted out of Dallas, Texas.
