SERVER MAY BE DOWN, It is being configured and the person configuring the plugins may take a bit to get around to finishing them. We have a dedicated PC we are currently working on getting setup
Rules are simple but explained in detail:
Faction & Rogue Rules:
*1. No joining a faction to grief it, no matter how long you stay with them.
*2. No joining a faction, leaving, creating your own, enemy-ing them and killing them to take everything, this is just dumb and pointless, if you do this then you will be immediatly banned, on mercy is shown
*3 No Letting players Join your faction, just so you can kill them
(A Rogue is a factionless or single-man faction player)
If you have a request for a new rule, Message me, Arbiter1164 on PlanetMinecraft
If you have found someone who has broken a rule, Message me with full, detailed information.
Server logs are checked for liars, verification, and consistency
Breaking Faction rules will result in Kick, Ban, or permanint ban depending on the crime
If you are banned, you can try posting a comment, Not messaging me, a comment on this page, asking for an unban
BIG RULES THAT I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH AND ARE VERY ANNOYING:
*1. Asking for OP/Admin/Moderator (really annoying is you join first time and ask)
*2. Asking for anything other than Server help from an admin, basically, if a rule wasn't broken, don't bother them or they may kick you, not a ban but a kick.
*3. Spamming chat...for these reasons: Yes we all know its messed up and annoying, dont spam chat as the server has no-spam plugins and will kick and possibly ban you. Message me on Planet Minecraft
Another thing is that if my Admins abuse they're powers, tell me please so i can work it out or DeOp them.
Please don't bug the Admins or make fun or accuse them of anything unless they actually did something (or didn't) or they may kick then ban you because of your annoyance. Just dont do it and you'll be fine

Our server would probably host several different types of things to do like more newer servers do as well but wed try and make it revolve around factions mainly.
If I can get a couple people who would be willing to be (legit), mature admins. Say, at least 3, then i may put the server back online, but i will not be monitoring it as much in-game.

you want me to put the server back online post a comment on the page,
If i get a couple legitimate seeming people to become admins and another
few normal players to comment for the server back then I may as well put it back online.
If
your an admin your in charge of new ideas, finding bugs, fixing
problems, yes with griefing (i take illegit griefing seriously), and I
will be monitoring the server through the console from time to time and
may log in on occasion.
Your bigger deal for the start is
getting people to Stay on the server. I can get them to this page and
get most to log into the server but help them if they need it and itll
eventually get large enough to where more and more players keep joining
and we may actually need to upgrade the server for once in a long while
The bukkit servers i setup are very secure and I make it so admins cant abuse thier powers, I.E. giving out free items, other things.
If I do put the server back up i will most likely need to reconfigure everything sadly so itd take a day or two cause im busy.
