So far I have been an administrator on four servers! And at of all my moderating and administrating career, I haven't gotten many complaints on my style, and most of the players loved me. I chad up on all the players a lot and I have caught many griefers. I have Skype, Teamspeak 3, and mumble for communication. I always try to help people and keep people busy so they don't get bored of the server.
