Welcome to Oasis!

A nearby radio begins emitting unprompted static and noise. The crackling noise of a male voice can be heard coming through occasionally. The words are at first unintelligible, so you hastily turn the knobs to catch the incoming message...

“...broadcasting on Military signal 220-293. August 1st 2245. I am Laszlo Havelocke, Lawkeeper in the town of Oasis, Utah. This message goes out to all people, human and mutant alike, who seek refuge, home or simply work. We have food, fresh water, and security. All are welcome. Find us in the Tule Valley, near Route 95. Avoid the Power Plant to the east. Travel by night if you can, avoid the scorching sun and packs of wild animals. This message will be sent again in 7 days at 0700 hours. Good luck.”

Fallout: Oasis is a Fallout RP server set in 2245, 4 years after the events of Fallout 2 begin. To the north, New Canaan fills with refugees escaping the NCR-Brotherhood war. This is a time before Caesar's Legion, but that is not to say there are no dangers, no threats.

This is a time of uncertain peace. Nestled away in the safety of the Tule Valley, the town of Oasis is a place of refuge, a place to get away from it all. Race and creed means little, so long as you pay it forwards and cause no trouble, and the relatively untouched region could prove a veritable goldmine for prospectors and explorers.

Application Process
All new players must make a whitelist application in order to RP on the server. The application and process thereof is found on our Discord server! Come and meet us!

Discord Code of Conduct:

1. Respect the authority of the admins, they have sway while dad’s away.
   
2. Do not harass staff. If you have a question, send us a private message and we’ll get to you as soon as possible.
   
3. If you think you are being treated unfairly by a staff member, contact a different member of the admin crew. We’ll assess the situation and deal with it accordingly.
   
4. If called out for poor behavior by staff, the “it’s not in the rules” excuse will not stand if you’re clearly doing something that’s disruptive. The spirit of the rules is more important than the letter.
   
5. Offensive language and deliberately causing problems in any OOC environment related to the server with another player is not allowed and will be dealt with. If there’s a problem, either contact staff or have a civilized chat with the other player.
   
6. Do not harass other players in any way, shape or form, we intend to keep it all cool here.
   
7. Using a second account to bypass a ban is strictly prohibited.
   
8. Trolling, spamming and flaming are not allowed, and will be dealt with accordingly.
