Still no answer, we would really like to continue playing, but we are still marked as "kicked by operator", please fix this, we did nothing wrong, no cheats, no grief, and we don't want to lose our progression in the server

Hello, me and my friend played yesterday on this server, great time but we are unable to connect today, we get 2 different errors each time: "Connection Lost Internal Exception" or "Kicked by operator". We don't understand, did nothing wrong on this server, no cheats, no grief of other people no swearings. Is there a whitelist on it now ? Is there a discord server or a way to contact you ? Thanks
