1st this server needs more slots
2nd you need plugins so the server can be on all day all night and not just weekends
like get one with grief detector or kill kick or ban or tp to jail sell or some thing like thows plugins

Its complicated i live in england so all the times are messed up and it's very diffucult to run 24/7 its open this weekend 7pm - 12 pm o saturday ad on sunday its 7am - 3pm
