About
Protect the King is an objective type game mode, where two teams battle on a defined map! The two teams are Team Ninja, and King & Guards. Will the King survive? Or will the Ninjas reign victory?
Objective
There are two teams you may end up on.
Ninja
King and Guards
Team Ninja's role is supposed to kill the king before the time limit ends. King and Guards must fend off ninjas until the game ends! If the King dies, the game will end and will send you back to the lobby where you can wait until the next game starts!
Roles
There are 3 roles in the game:
King
Ninja
Guard
King and Ninja are both randomly chosen at the beginning of a match.
As guard, you have an upgradable sword. On each kill, you will upgrade to a higher enchantment, then onto another sword.
As guard, staying near king will help regenerate your health! If you stay away from the king, you will receive bad potion effects!
As guard, regenerating near the king will give you points! (Experience Level). Reaching 100 will give you a spell (book) right click with the book and it will cast the spell!
As king, you receive a powerful bow, but you rely on your guards to back you up with swords.
As king, you have 200 health which is shown as your experience level.
As king, staying near guards is a great way of becoming a team player.
As ninja, you also have an upgradable sword.
As ninja, you carry ender pearls for fast transportation, you also have nether stars which you can throw and deal damage!
As ninja, you can also cast spells! To get points, you must attack the king to gain points!
Classes
There are many classes you can choose from (still developing more classes). Classes are only accessible when on Team King and Guards. Classes can be selected only in the lobby.

If you contact me about maps, they must reach the criteria.
-the map should be small, but not too small, or too big. (average a map size with 24 players)
-the map should be enclosed cleverly to stop people from going far away from the map area (ex: mountains, surrounding water 1 block high)
-the map should included multiple spawns for guards and ninjas (if you're planning to add only 1 spawn, make sure people can not spawn trap)
-the map should include 1 king spawn
-the map should be themed (no extra parts to the map, ex: multiple biomes)
-the map should be created on a Empty world, nothing but air (skyblock is not completely air) Here is a empty world you could use: Empty World.zip
