TaoCraft
Intro
Here in Taocraft we have a different approach to faction pvp. In our server, admin interaction with the players is our main goal. What does that mean? We will be creating events, dungeons, races, mazes, and much more for the players. No we will not actually be playing in them. We have a nice and most importantly, mature, group of Admins and Mods that will be assisting you and guiding you throughout your time on the server. We thrive to create a friendly environment and community. Here in TaoCraft we ENCOURAGE teamwork.
Our Features
~ Factions - Create your own faction and claim your own land with your friends!
~ HEAVILY Controlled Economy - The economy in our server is a bit different from others. Here we believe that you should have to work for your money. Prices are adjusted so that everything you do or find WILL have value to it. Even dirt.
~Jobs - You will be earning money for anything you do! Earn money from farming, exploring, mining, slaying monsters. So choose what you want to be for your community and master it!
~ MCMMO - The typical plugin that many servers use where you earn levels for everything you do, have some nifty skills to use to make your life easier, and many other perks.
*Coliseum Arena* - We don't just have a little square for PVPing, we have huge Coliseum! Players would challenge each other or simply teleport to the arena and fight in the area in the middle, while other players can spectate who will become the master pvper on the seats around in the Coliseum. (We will have a wager system for pvp)
*Admin Created Dungeons* - Here is where the admin interaction comes in. We will be creating huge fortress, mazes, castles, and a bunch of other fun events. These events will be filled with mobs/traps/bosses and of course rewards! Events will be created almost everything other day, so it will surely keep you busy and entertained!
Jobs - Get paid for mastering a profession, such as
Mining - get paid for mining ores
Assassin - Get paid for killing players
Slayer - Get paid for killing mobs
and much more!
The higher the level of your job , the more you get paid!
What makes us different from other PVP servers?
1) Admins interact with the players and support your every need.
2) Custom created events to keep you entertained!
3) Controlled economy so anything you work for has value to it
4) Encourages teamwork, its almost impossible to raid a custom dungeon alone. You need a team to successfully pass the dungeon.
5) Challenges, when going through our custom events, its not just hack and slash your way through to the end. You would have to solve riddles and problems to make it past all the traps. Pulling the wrong lever may doom your whole team.
6) We encourage TEAM Pvp, going around killing people alone is fun and all, but we encourage team pvp in our server. As a faction is clearing out a custom dungeon, you and your faction and secretly plan an ambush as they come out with the loot, or simply sabatosh their raid and finish the dungeon yourself
