This was based off the character 'Katarina' from League of Legends. I do not own the character, and the skin was made to resemble 'Warring Kingdoms Katarina' -  which is also made from the character 'Diao Chan' from Dynasty Warriors (In a specific costume, 'Dragon Blade?' I took so much time googling Diao Chan then realized it wasn't her main costume lol)
