This is the first skin I have tried shading on. Any tips and constructive criticism would be appreciated

Backstory:
I went to bed one day in a place that I vaguely recall to be the real world...When I awoke, I was in the middle of a field. Everything seemed to be made of blocks.....

I knew that to survive I had to make shelter, but night seemed to be coming on quick. I desperately dug at the ground to escape the things that I could just make out over the hills...Just as I was filling in the hole I had dug, the arrows came. I remember cowering in the darkness, alone and cold, listening to the creatures, listening to the hissing.......

Since that day, I've been looking for others like me. Sometimes I'm too late to help them. I'll find them impaled with arrows, or crushed at the bottom of a ravine. Other times I find them looking as if they caught a hand grenade! I don't know what kind of creature is capable of producing such power, and I pray I never find out...

Sometimes the people I find don't want to be saved. They only wish to kill others to take their supplies. This new world is a harsh one indeed to procure these murderers and highwaymen....

My name you ask? I've been called Rudee by others, so this has to be my name. It's funny...I've been trapped in this place so long now, I've even forgotten the one thing I've always had, the one thing that I could truly call my own. I honestly don't even know how long I've been here. I sometimes try to count up the notches I've scratched into my bow, but there are some days where I forget to add a mark, and there are too many anyways.

My one and only purpose it seems is to try to find survivors. Maybe if we can get together, we can figure out how to get back to the real world....If it even still exists......
