This was a skin request from someone, that I took FAR too long to finish (don't procrastinate people).

The character is Bass, a robot from the Mega Man games I believe. I'm not sure that the character normally has a coat, but some of the reference images provided by the person who requested it showed it with a cloak.

I'm not a fan of mega man, and I don't know a whole lot about the series, but had a few reference images to work from, and here's the result.

Note: The outer layer can be turned off, which removes the cloak and shows more detail underneath.
