This is the Blue frock coat with a white waist coat.
How to use on the server
To use this skin on my Roleplay server you must first have the proper rank. You can check out the ranks here to see if this is your uniform.
If this is your uniform, then continue with the instructions.
1. First get a program called Paint.Net
2. Second, open up your Current skin or Roleplay skin, as well as this skin on Paint.net
3. Copy and paste this skin onto your current one. NOTE: Only Copy and paste the pixels, do not include any of the empty space.
4. Done
