This is the Atlas, or perhaps (Lance) Soldier seen in the new Borderlands 3 trailer that was shown at Pax east. Obviously The screenshot I worked from doesn't show 100% of the body, so eventually when we get a clearer look at these guys I'll update the legs and the back. Same as the Rhys skin.
