This lord rules over the small province of Lapimer an area well known for its production of Lais lazuli, hence where it got the name from. He gained control over the province at the age of 14 when his father was brutally murdered by his mistress who was jealous that her son was not the heir. When Moca found out that she killed his father he captured her and hung her over the parapets until she died of thirst. Many of the locals fear him because of his ruthless nature toward chaos. His laws are not harsh but his punishment is hell.
He rarely leave his castle on the mountain that over looks the town and is quite withdrawn. He replaced the entire castle staff when he gained the throne because he was scared he might be killed. When the crusades came he was one of the first lords to join. Lord Moca would never miss a opportunity to gain money and fame as well as getting to kill. You see Lord Moca also like to kill and fight. He always has even when he was very young he would go and kill any pet his parents gave him.
