after eobard's many attempts to get Bart Allen to join him (given the fact that they are related) he decided to make his own Bart.
Using Bart's DNA mixed with his own he made a clone of Impulse, who he named Thaddeus Thawne. Thaddeus had the same powers as bart but his personallity was completely reverse: calm, observant, calculating and methodical. but most of all, he was a bit crazy, cruel, selfish, and straight up mean. Thaddeus sees himself as Bart's superior in every way possible.
