Obi-Wan Kenobi after Anakin betreyal Jedi Order came to Mustafar. But also Anakin turned Obi-Wan on dark side. There was no-way how to fight them. Yoda , Padme and Captain Panaka arrived to Mustafar Yoda has stopped Obi-Wan and Anakin Skywalker (without dying of Padme). And then they are fighting for freedom with Rebel Alliance.
