Hi guys, this is a complete redo of my 1st doctor skin. The one that was uploaded here was actually based on an action figure that someone made on Deviantart. It looked good but not good enough! That is why I looked at some photos and even watched "Twice Upon a Time" again to see the actual clothes and also look at some behind-the-scenes photos from Instagram. You can clearly see the progress that was made in it. Some elements from the old skin are still there but are tweaked a little bit. Hope you enjoy!
