Being the same height as an Enderman, Drench Magmo is a mutated splice between a Blaze and a Wither Skeleton that can only be summoned in the Nether when a Wither Skeleton Skull and a Blaze Rod are dropped into lava. 
Although having less hearts than the Ender Dragon and the Wither, Drench Magmo can still deal quite a lot of damage to a fully armoured player. His fiery build grants him immunity to fire damage as well as setting fire to any mob it touches.
Attacks include: The ability to shoot fire balls, regular punching(knockback 2), and the ability to summon blazes.
