Fark the Electric Jester from the "Spark the Electric Jester" series of games!
You play as him in Spark the Electric Jester 2, though he also shows up as the villain of both Spark 1 & 3.
I used my Spark skin as a base for this one, since they do look very similar in-game.

Fark, also known as Unit-1, is a robotic jester created by his father, the powerful Freom. Fark appearing similar to Spark and taking Spark's job was purely a coincidence, somehow. Through the first and second games, it is his goal to defeat Freom and stop the robot uprising.If he failed, then everyone, robots and Formies alike, would be assimilated into a virtual world. (It's like the Matrix!)

Spark and his games were made by LakeFepard and are available through Steam. They are the best 3D Platformers I've ever played, and you should check them out!
