It's a pretty decent skin. Although, there are a couple of things I'd like to go over, to make it much, much better.

First of all, the shading you use is very generic, and simple. Starting with the hair, you should give it a special texture that makes it look like hair. Look at my latest skin for help on that. Also, where to shade is very important, instead of just shading from the ground up. A good skinner knows where and how to shade backbones, pectoral muscles, breasts for females, and the abdominal or stomach muscles. Same goes for the arms. (Biceps, Forearms, hands, fingers). Observe different skins to get a nice feel for later skins. You seem to have a pretty good grasp on skinning for now, but improvement is definitely in your future.

Edit: You should probably add some ears, as well.

This is not a good skin, try adding realistic shading and not do the usual cool boy hoodie
