Isn't it weird how Gregory and Freddy just became friends all of a sudden? I mean, sure, in one of the Tales From The Pizzaplex stories, GGY, Gregory uses Freddy, but that's it, he uses Freddy, he hacked into him just to watch Tony and kill the therapists. That might also be why he's the only one not to attack Gregory, besides Safe Mode. Gregory might've programmed him to not attack him just in case.
