This is Hecarim the "Shadow of War", from League of Legends.
He is a ghost horseman, which is somewhat hard to accurately depict in a Minecraft skin due to lack of pixels and 3D features.

But if you look at the lit up parts, he looks more bronze colored. I may recolor this to make it gray if you want.
