This ice cream citizen came from the vanilla district of the Milk Dimension. She was taken from her home at the age of 6 and had to go through intense shaking, freezing, and training to become the perfect Sundae warrior. When the Blackberry district threatend to claim the 25 districts in the Milk Dimension, Loria the Ice Cream warrior stepped forward to take a stand.
