This character is wearing thigh-high boots tight enough to push a little puff of skin out the top and floating sleeves with decorative laces down the sides. She has twin buns held up with black ribbon and a leotard designed to look like a dark, cloudy night... I promise I didn't set out to make a goth character- she was just supposed to be blue XD
